This is Lannie. She and Ralph started CME back in This is Lannie. She and Ralph started CME back in ‘87 and she hasn’t slowed down one bit. Lannie is the reason we eat so well on our kayak trips. Her food is fresh, “from scratch”, and one reason people keep coming back for more trips.
A lot of people are quick to write off double kaya A lot of people are quick to write off double kayaks, but in reality, they’re a wonderful craft. Because they reduce the amount of effort required, they allow you to paddle further and faster. It can be the difference maker in allowing someone to explore a place like Bute Inlet - and that’s a good thing because it is a really amazing place to paddle!

Humpback whales have been one of the few “good news” environmental stories these last few years. The population has made a spectacular recovery, and we now see whales on almost all of our expedition trips. This is something that definitely wasn’t the case 15 years ago. If we humans can learn to take better care of our planet, we can look forward to more good news stories and life-changing sights.
